Veriphyit Terms of Service
These terms describe the Veriphyit service, account responsibilities and the offers available through the service.
Service and accounts
Veriphyit provides hosted website campaign tools, member training and related resources. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity they authorize through their accounts. Do not share credentials or API keys publicly. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age required to enter this agreement where you live to create or hold a Veriphyit account. If you act for a business, you must have authority to bind it to these terms. Veriphyit is available internationally where providing the service is lawful and the applicable payment provider supports the transaction. Access to a payment method does not establish eligibility.
Where we ask you to accept these terms, please read them and the Privacy Notice before agreeing. Contact support if you cannot agree. We do not treat a payment method as proof of age or record acceptance on your behalf.
Packages and limits
Free Demo provides one registered website, two saved campaigns and four campaign types. Main provides one website, ten campaigns and sixteen types. Pro provides five websites, fifty campaigns and all twenty-two types. Agency provides twenty-five websites, 250 campaigns and all twenty-two types, including Pro features and the published client-site service rights.
Agency currently uses one operator account; it does not provide separate client seats. AI-provider usage requires the applicable provider account/key and is billed separately by that provider. Website-builder restrictions and third-party service availability can affect integrations.
Paid access expiry returns the account to Free Demo limits while retaining saved data. Limits can prevent new resource creation or submissions. Customers should keep their own copies of important information and contact support before account closure or large content removals.
Prices, upgrades and refunds
Paid checkout is not currently open. The public offer currently lists Main at $27 for the first year, Pro as a $67 initial upgrade and Agency as a $147 initial upgrade. Published annual renewal totals are $49 for Main, $97 for Pro and $197 for Agency. The applicable offer and checkout must clearly identify the price and access term before you authorize a payment.
Published upgrade examples are Main plus Pro at $94 initially, Main plus Pro plus Agency at $241 initially, and Main directly to Agency at $174 initially. Agency includes Pro features. Upgrades share the current expiry date. The offer describes one total annual renewal price for the highest package retained, rather than stacked subscriptions.
The public offer describes a 30-day money-back guarantee starting with the first paid purchase. Requests go to support within that period; payment-provider processing times may vary. This does not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms alone do not authorize automatic charges. Any recurring arrangement must be separately and clearly disclosed and expressly authorized at checkout. Contact support@veriphyit.com to request cancellation, non-renewal or a refund; identify your account and transaction without sending payment-card details. Cancellation stops future renewal under the applicable arrangement; it does not itself erase your account or content. Unless a refund or suspension changes your entitlement, paid access continues until its stated expiry and then returns to Free Demo limits. A refund may remove the entitlement associated with that payment; unrelated valid entitlements remain subject to their own terms. Any applicable tax must be disclosed before payment. A failed or uncompleted payment does not create a new paid entitlement.
Customer content and acceptable use
Customers must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and visitor information. Obtain appropriate permission before recording, publishing or reusing a person's testimonial or video. Use truthful claims, genuine events and accurate offer deadlines. Do not fabricate customer endorsements, purchases or activity counts.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, unsolicited messaging, intellectual-property infringement, or harassment. Customers operating campaigns are responsible for their own website disclosures, collection notices, communications and promotional rules.
Do not direct Veriphyit campaigns to children under 13 or use them to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not upload such children's personal information, images or recordings to the service. For other minors, customers must satisfy applicable notice, consent and permission requirements before collecting or publishing their information. Contact support promptly if you discover prohibited collection. This rule does not replace Veriphyit's own legal obligations.
Customers retain ownership of their content. The service permission you grant is limited to hosting, processing, transmitting and displaying that content as needed to provide customer-requested functionality. Veriphyit's promotional reuse of customer content requires separate permission.
Integrations and results
Customers are responsible for configuring and testing their external websites, email systems, AI providers and other integrations. A share-button action does not verify a completed social post. Reaching a referral goal does not itself prove that a reward was delivered. Customers remain responsible for manual rewards and checking failed deliveries.
Training and tools do not guarantee sales, traffic or income. Review generated content before use. Service updates may change interfaces or supported integrations; material commercial changes require appropriate notice and treatment of existing commitments.
Suspension, closure and disputes
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, compromised accounts or an immediate risk to people or the service. Where practical and appropriate, we explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent security or legal reasons. Contact support to ask for review.
You may request account closure through support. We verify authority and review owned campaigns, media, payment entitlements and any required record preservation before acting. Ask about retrieving your content before closure; we will explain available options. We do not promise that cancellation or closure immediately erases all backup copies. The Privacy Notice explains retention and deletion.
If we discontinue a paid service before the end of a paid term for reasons other than your breach, we will provide an appropriate remedy for the unused service, subject to applicable law. Contact support first about a service problem or dispute so we can try to resolve it.
The service and training do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular business results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective claims.
We will date changes and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Updated terms do not authorize undisclosed charges or silently remove existing paid commitments. Where fresh acceptance is required, we will request it separately.
